Traditional A Reason Behind Slow in Nepal Economic Growth

        

    Did you ever think traditional becomes a reason to create steady in Nepal's Economy Growth? If yes, you can comment down, what did you found. 

    While having a regular conversation on nation development and political issues with one of my friend Mr. Sandip Baral, I came with this term, "Traditional A Reason Behind Slow in Nepal Economic Growth." Here, the term 'traditional', by most, may not considered as traditional. But at my observation it is.

        Nepal and most of south Asian countries, youth's tradition is a way unfamiliar form Southern Nation. Like, Young people from south, age between 14 - 20, used to go away form their family and started to live alone or started to live with their loved once. While living far from family, youth begin to hunt for earning opportunity. Some seek for job or employment whereas, many start their own businesses. 

        But in Nepal and south Asian Countries, Young generation stayed at home. They were dependent on family income. In many cases, most of household has only one income, a lot of income came from doing jobs. Here, Nepal has more job seeker than employment opportunity.  

 

        Many young boys and girls habited of Nepal are not interested in business and startup. They try to find job rather than starting business. So, how it arises effects on Nepal economic growth?

        First, Let's go with, what is Economic Growth? The term Economic Growth refers to the change in output of the nation in a given period of time. In other words, Economic Growth is change in the GDP (Total production) of a certain area in a given period of time. It is only concerned with the Output (Total Production).

        Secondly, what is meant by GDP or Output? GDP or Output is the monetary value of all the final goods and services produced in a certain area in a given period of time.

        As I already mentioned that youth are dependent on family income. Because youth depend on family earnings, they don't want to go out and earn money. Which makes the nation production as minimal as possible.

            In Nepal most of the population don't want to take risk whether young or matured or old citizens. Those population were only attracted to jobs specially in government jobs. Government placement only make a secured to those who is employed. Because of individual attracted to jobs leads to economic growth slow and also creates problem of unemployment as here least citizen are interested in Business and Startup. Together, it also escorts Skilled manpower outside the nation. 

        You may think, how Seeking job mindset make slow in economic growth? Here is the answer. As I already said, Economic growth is only concerned with the GDP- Monetary value of total production of goods and service. Production comes from business. So, if number of businesses still same and those business can't produce more leads slow. As Young generation has low risk as compared to those who have their family. So, Youth has to put their effort and take advantages of it to help nation and help themself.
